There are three main categories of metrics customizations we offer - (Calculation) Settings, Filters and Customer Lists.
These customizations can be set from the top-left corner of the :
As a reminder, you can access your revenue metrics while logged in from , or by navigating there from the sidebar (Metrics -> Revenue)
Calculation settings cover a wide variety of options that can affect how your revenue metrics are calculated, such as which coupons are included and whether trialing subscriptions with a payment source should be considered active.
To make our settings easier to understand, we've divided them into categories based on which individual metrics they affect: General (all metrics), Churn Metrics, Conversion Metrics, and New Revenue Metrics.
Filters are a way to decide which subscriptions get included in your revenue metrics based on attributes such as subscription plan or billing interval.
For example if you just want to see your Monthly Recurring Revenue for 1 or 2 subscription plans, you can set a filter for those specific plans.
By default, no filters are applied and all subscriptions are included in your metrics:
Customer lists are a way for you to override Stripe's default information or exclude subscriptions based on specific sets of customer emails or IDs.
Aside from excluding specific subscriptions, we currently allow you to configure ProfitKit to consider any subscription belonging to a list of customers as active, overriding the existing subscription status provided by Stripe and affecting your revenue metrics accordingly.
