We offer automated customer emails for future events on our .
This means you can schedule emails to be sent to customers in advance of trial expirations, subscription payments and subscription cancellations.
To access this feature, navigate to Automated Emails under Events in the sidebar.

Select which events you'd like to enable emails for on the Automated Emails page.
You can control how many days in advance each email should be sent and add additional emails for the same event using the + Email Trigger button:
Once you've configured the emails from this page, you can click on the Template button for the relevant event to customize the email message.
Clicking the Template button will open up a form that allows you to customize the email's contents and settings.
The top half of the form will allow you to set whether the emails should be bcc'd to your address or if we should track whether a recipient opens the email as information you can view later.
You can also set the email's subject line here.
The bottom half of the form is where you can customize the content of the email using our text editor which supports formatting options such as bolding, italicization, underlining and hyperlinks.
Finally, you can send a test email to ensure everything looks right before hitting Save at the bottom of the form:
Every email trigger has data available on how many emails were sent and details of each sent email such as the contents, date it was sent, and whether it was opened:
To view this, click on the arrow icon next to the email trigger on the Automated Emails page:
